Lesson PlanningMs Ruddock shares with us the components of good lesson plans. Teachers will submit their plans to Ms Ruddock on Monday mornings and she will provide them with feedback. This provides teachers with the opportunity to improve their planning. It also allows the staff to see how common instructional strategies---center-based learning, differentiated/individualized instruction, and thematic project based learning---are being implemented in individual classes.
